We had a great stay in this hotel which is located in a prime area. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was an amazing experience with a wide range of dishes from traditional to international cuisine. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist us with our requests.

Celebrated Christmas at this hotel and it was fantastic! The room had a great view, and the size was perfect for two people. The breakfast spread was really extensive with a lot of traditional foods, and the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The staff seemed to be lacking in hospitality skills, and there was no warm welcome or any smile which is not a good representation of Turkish hospitality. However, these minor negatives didn't detract too much from an overall enjoyable stay.

Great location in a quiet area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Easy walking distance to key attractions. the staff is friendly and attentive. Good value for money.
Customer service could use improvement. Some staff members did not greet us properly.
